พัฒนาขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของอุตสาหกรรมแปรรูปการเกษตรในภูมิภาคตามนโยบาย One Province One Agro-Industrial Product : OPOAI ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2559

Abstract

บริษัท อินโนเฟรช จำกัด ได้เข้าร่วมในโครงการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของอุตสาหกรรมแปรรูปเกษตรในภูมิภาค (OPOAI) จังหวัดนครนายก ประกอบธุรกิจผลิตซอสและน้ำสลัด โดยจำหน่ายทั้งในแบรนด์ของตนเอง คือ เฟรชโอ (Fresh-O) ซึ่งสินค้าตรา เฟรชโอ เป็นที่รู้จักดีของผู้บริโภค สินค้ามีจำหน่ายทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ สำหรับกำลังผลิตรวมอยู่ประมาณเดือนละ 14,000 ตันผลผลิต ปัจจุบันมีบุคลากรที่เป็นทั้งคนงานและหัวหน้ารวม 350 คน วัตถุประสงค์ในการเข้าร่วมโครงการในครั้งนี้เพื่อพัฒนาและให้มีการบริหารจัดการงานด้านโลจิสติกส์ เนื่องจากที่ผ่านทางกิจการมีคลังสินค้าหลายแห่ง แต่ขาดการบริหารจัดการสินค้าคงคลังและการบันทึกบัญชีที่เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน ทำให้ทางกิจการต้องการให้มีการกำหนดกลยุทธ์ในการบริหารจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง ผลการให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำทำให้ผู้ประกอบการมีความเข้าใจในการวางแผนและสามารถกำหนด กลยุทธ์ทางด้านโลจิสติกส์ ทำให้มีการสามารถลดจำนวนสินค้าคงคลังกลุ่มอะไหล่ลงได้ และมีการดำเนินการกับสินค้าคงคลังที่หมดอายุ รวมถึงมีการปรับปรุงระบบการบริหารัดการสินค้าคงคลังของทั้งโรงงาน นอกจากนี้ยังมีแผนงานเพื่อการปรับปรุงและพัฒนางาน โดยการใช้กิจกรรม QCC (Quality control circle) โดยที่ปรึกษาได้ให้การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในการแก้ไขปัญหาในการผลิตด้วยกิจกรรมกลุ่ม QCC และให้พนักงานสามารถใช้เครื่องมือคุณภาพในการเก็บและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และสามารถหาแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาในขบวนการผลิตได้ด้วยตนเอง ผลการจากการปรับปรุงและพัฒนางานทำให้ทางพนักงานสามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและหาทางแก้ไขทำให้กิจการสามารถลดการสูญเสียลงได้ และมีปริมาณผลผลิตมากขึ้น

The Project “One Province One Agro-Industrial Product” (OPOAI) in province was a factory produces hot sauce and cold sauce in brand “Fresh-O”. The factory delivering products to the market in Thailand and abroad. Currently, the products in brand “Fresh-O” are well known in the market. Now their capacity estimate at 14,000 tons per month and employs approximately 350 people. The purpose of this project was to drive and improve the logistic strategy and improvement work in production line of a factory locating at Nakhonnayok province. Using consulting and some accounting model. The problem of this factory was lacking of logistic and inventory management strategy. The results from the adjustment their logistic strategy found that the factory was able to decrease inventory of spare parts and manage their dead stock and improve the inventory system. This factory had been use quality control circle (QCC) to improvement their work in production line. Also the consultant provided recommendations and training with workshop for develop the solving problem process. Moreover the consultant trained the workers to know about quality control tools and solve problem in production line. Therefore, this project indicated that with improved work. The result from this project that the production yield was increase and high productivity.
