Abstract

ด้วยกระทรวงมหาดไทยมีนโยบายส่งเสริมสนับสนุนให้องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นปรับปรุงแผนที่ภาษีและทะเบียนทรัพย์สิน เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดเก็บรายได้ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลอ้อมเกร็ด อำเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี เห็นว่าควรมีการปรับปรุงระบบแผนที่ภาษีเดิมให้เป็นปัจจุบัน ซึ่งเมื่อดำเนินการเสร็จเรียบร้อยตามโครงการแล้ว จะทำให้องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลอ้อมเกร็ด อำเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี มีข้อมูลรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับทรัพย์สินต่าง ๆ ของประชาชนที่เป็นปัจจุบันไว้ใช้สำหรับการจัดเก็บภาษี (ภาษีบำรุงท้องที่ ภาษีโรงเรือน และที่ดิน ภาษีป้าย รวมทั้งค่าธรรมเนียมและใบอนุญาตต่าง ๆ) ไว้อย่างสมบูรณ์ และสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการเร่งรัดติดตามการจัดเก็บรายได้อย่างครบถ้วน ถูกต้อง และเป็นธรรม แก่ผู้มีหน้าที่เสียภาษีอย่างแท้จริง ทำให้การจัดเก็บภาษีของ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลอ้อมเกร็ด อำเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี มีระบบฐานข้อมูลที่แน่นอน และสามารถตรวจสอบได้โดยสะดวก รวดเร็ว เป็นปัจจุบัน Ministry of Interior has policy to convince and to support the local administrative organization to develop tax map and property registration. The objective is to use them to increase the efficiency of revenue storage then the Sub-district administration organization Om-Kret, Pak Kret, Nonthaburi has already developed recent tax map with all details of properties of population in Nonthaburi area. The property tax which recently need to pay are local maintenance tax, property tax, land, label tax and all fees and licenses. The updated tax map can be used as a tool to track precisely and fairly for tax. Eventually the Sub-district administration organization Om-Kret, Pak Kret, Nonthaburi will have the updated tax system with database or big data and will promptly serve and service.
