กิจกรรมเสริมสร้างศักยภาพธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ในพื้นที่เขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษ (EEC และ SEC) ยุคดิจิทัล

Abstract

การจัดกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างศักยภาพธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ในพื้นที่เขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษ (EEC และ SEC) ยุคดิจิทัล ในครั้งนี้ ทำให้ผู้ประกอบการมีความรู้ความเข้าใจ เห็นถึงความสำคัญและประโยชน์ของการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการบริการจัดการธุรกิจ ได้ฝึกปฏิบัติการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การออกแบบรายงาน เพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการวางแผนธุรกิจได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ อีกทั้งเป็นการกระตุ้นให้ผู้ประกอบการมีแนวคิดที่จะนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาปรับใช้ในองค์กรของตนเอง และเพื่อให้การดำเนินกิจกรรมดังกล่าวเกิดความต่อเนื่องและเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดแก่ผู้ประกอบการ จึงมีข้อเสนอแนะในการส่งเสริมการนำเทคโนโลยีและข้อมูลสารสนเทศมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการธุรกิจ ดังนี้ (1) เนื่องจากบริบททางธุรกิจโดยเฉพาะธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ที่เปลี่ยนไป ส่งผลต่อการปรับตัวทางด้าน โลจิสติกส์และการขนส่งในปัจจุบัน รวมถึงแนวโน้มการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางธุรกิจที่มีผลกระทบต่อระบบขนส่งและโลจิสติกส์ ดังนั้นหน่วยงานที่มีหน้าที่ในการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้ธุรกิจ จึงควรศึกษารูปแบบและวิธีการในการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ยุคดิจิทัลอย่างมีทิศทางทั้งในระยะสั้นและระยะยาวต่อไป (2) หน่วยงานภาครัฐควรมีแนวทางการบูรณาการพัฒนาธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ร่วมกันอย่างชัดเจน เพื่อให้ผู้ประกอบการได้รับความรู้และประโยชน์ในการดำเนินธุรกิจอย่างรอบด้าน เพื่อขับเคลื่อนธุรกิจอย่างเข้มแข็ง และพร้อมรับมือและปรับตัวกับสถานการณ์ภาวะเศรษฐกิจปัจจุบันอย่างมืออาชีพ (3) การจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการถือเป็นกิจกรรมหนึ่งที่สามารถเสริมสร้างความรู้แก่ธุรกิจได้เป็นอย่างดี ดังนั้นการจัดทำหัวข้อ/หลักสูตรในการอบรม ต้องตรงตามเป้าประสงค์และสอดคล้องกันกับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ระยะเวลาการจัดอบรม และวิธีการจัดกิจกรรม ซึ่งในโครงการนี้ถือว่าทำได้ดี แต่หากจะให้เกิดประโยชน์เป็นรูปธรรมมากขึ้น ควรเสริมการให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำเชิงลึก ณ สถานประกอบการเพิ่มเติม อย่างน้อย 4 Man-day จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เพื่อให้ผู้ประกอบได้นำข้อมูลสารสนเทศที่มีในองค์กรมาใช้งานจริง สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและนำมาวางแผนกลยุทธ์ ส่งผลให้สามารถลดต้นทุนและเพิ่มรายได้แก่ธุรกิจ สามารถแข่งขันกับธุรกิจ โลจิสติกส์ต่างชาติได้ In this project, it is concerned with the activity management for business capacity building of EEC and SEC logistic service in digital age. Moreover, it aided the entrepreneurs to gain knowledge and understanding including of seeing importance with benefits for the business management services in technology usage. Then, it enabled to practice for information analysis, and report designs as being the business plan information with good effectiveness. On the same way, it stimulated the entrepreneurs to have the concept idea by bringing the IT technologies to adapt in their own organizations with the activity operation constantly to gain the most benefits. Finally, it has the recommendations to promote the technologies and the IT information usage with the business management as this following: (1) Due to the altering of the logistic business context, it affected to the adaptation of logistics and transportation services in current day including of the business alteration with the transportation and logistics system effects and the trends of business changes with the same effects. Therefore, the agency must have the role to boost up the business strengths by studying from the new patterns and methods to promote and develop the logistic service businesses. In this case, it will contribute to the digital age’s situation in the good direction for short terms and long terms in the near future. (2) The government agency must have the guidelines to make the combination of the business development for the logistic services in the same ways obviously. Then, the entrepreneurs will gain the knowledge and the benefits for the business management in all aspects including of perceiving the strong business movements, coping with problems and adapting with current economics situations with professional ways. (3) The operational training is as one of the activities to promote the knowledge to the business as the good ways. Thus, the providing of the headings or the curriculums of training must be directly to the goals and conform to the target groups as well as the durations of training with the methods to the activity management. Luckily, in this project it represented of the excellent performance, except for the project to be more beneficial in concrete ways with the additional supporting of the depth counseling at the establishment. With this case, it should have minimally for 4 Man-day from the experts to the real IT information usage for the entrepreneurs in their own organizations so that it will be capable to make information analysis and bring the strategy planning to the cost reduction and the business incentive increase for the foreign logistic business competitiveness in the future.
