ศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการพัฒนาเส้นทางท่องเที่ยวเลียบชายฝั่งทะเลตะวันตกของอ่าวไทย (ช่วงส่วนต่อขยาย)

Abstract

โครงการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการพัฒนาเส้นทางท่องเที่ยวเลียบชายฝั่งทะเลตะวันตกของอ่าวไทย (ช่วงส่วนต่อขยาย) มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาสายทางเพื่อรองรับและสนับสนุนการท่องเที่ยวในบริเวณชายฝั่งทะเลอ่าวไทย และเพื่อกระจายรายได้และก่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวในท้องถิ่น โดยกรมทางหลวงชนบท พื้นที่ศึกษาของโครงการครอบคลุมพื้นที่ 4 จังหวัดชายฝั่งทะเลด้านตะวันตกของอ่าวไทย ได้แก่ จังหวัดชุมพร จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช และจังหวัดสงขลา ซึ่งอยู่ในความรับผิดชอบของกรมทางหลวงชนบท กรมทางหลวง และถนนส่วนท้องถิ่น การศึกษาดังกล่าว ทำการรวบรวมข้อมูลรวบรวมข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น โครงข่ายคมนาคมเข้าสู่แหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่มีศักยภาพในการพัฒนา ข้อมูลลักษณะทางกายภาพ ข้อมูลทางด้านเศรษฐกิจและสังคม สำรวจข้อมูลด้านการจราจรและขนส่ง รวมถึงการศึกษาความเหมาะสมทั้งด้านวิศวกรรม เศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อม นอกจากนี้ยังมีการศึกษาถึงความเป็นไปได้จุดจอดรถเชิงพาณิชย์ ผลการศึกษาดังกล่าวพบว่ามีจำนวนสายทางที่ต้องได้รับการปรับปรุงรวมทั้งสิ้น 66 สายทาง มีงบประมาณดำเนินการรวม 897.38 ล้านบาท และแผนดำเนินการโครงการปรับปรุงผิวทางงบประมาณดำเนินการรวม 543.05 ล้านบาท สำหรับจุดเหมาะสมที่พักรถได้แก่ 1) ตลาดใต้เคี่ยมและมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ วิทยาเขตชุมพร 2) เขาพลายดำ 3) หาดบ้านเราะ 4) หาดคอเขา 5) หาดสำเร็จ 6) เกาะแรต โครงการจุดจอดรถเชิงพาณิชย์ใช้งบประมาณในการพัฒนารวม ทั้งสิ้น 77.30 ล้านบาท The objectives of feasibility project for the development of tourist routes along the west coast of the Gulf of Thailand (Extended section) are to examine the guideline for route development in order to support tourism in the gulf of Thailand and distribute revenues and develop the local tourism industry by Department of Rural Roads. The area under studied of this project covers 4 coastal provinces on the western side of the Gulf of Thailand, namely Chumphon, Surat Thani. Nakhon Sri Thammarat, and Songkhla provinces which are responsible by of the Department of Rural Roads, Department of Highways and Local Roads. This study gathered various data sets including the transportation network which is accessible by potential tourist destinations, physical characteristics, economic and social information, inspection of traffic and transportation information, and appropriateness in engineering, economics, social, and environmental aspects. In addition, this study also includes the feasibility study of commercial parking spots. The result of this study shows that there are 66 routes that need to be improved, with a total budget of 897.38 million baht. The action plan to improve pavement will acquire a total budget of 543.05 million baht. As for suitable rest areas, 6 locations are identified within the commercial car park project including 1) Tai Khiam market and Mae Jo University; Chumphon Campus; 2) Khao Phlai Dam; 3) Ban Rao Beach; 4) Kho Khao Beach; 5) Sumrej Beach; and 6) Ko Rat Market, with a total development budget of 77.30 million baht.
