จ้างวิจัยและออกแบบระบบทดสอบความรู้ด้านภาษาไทยสำหรับครูสอนภาษาไทยออนไลน์

Abstract

สำนักงานราชบัณฑิตยสภามีหน้าที่สำคัญประการหนึ่งตามพระราชบัญญัติราชบัณฑิตยสภา พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ คือ การอนุรักษ์ภาษาไทยมิให้แปรเปลี่ยนไปในทางที่เสื่อมและการส่งเสริมภาษาไทยซึ่งเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของชาติให้ปรากฏเด่นชัดยิ่งขึ้น จึงได้จัดการศึกษาอบรมและพัฒนาทางวิชาการเกี่ยวกับภาษาไทย และให้บริการทางวิชาการแก่ส่วนราชการ สถาบันการศึกษา ตลอดจนประชาชนเพื่อพัฒนาความรู้ทางด้านภาษาไทย ในพุทธศักราช ๒๕๖๐ สำนักงานราชบัณฑิตยสภาได้ดำเนินการจัดทำระบบทดสอบความรู้ด้านภาษาไทยสำหรับครูสอนภาษาไทย ในระบบออนไลน์ (online) เพื่อให้ครูผู้สอนภาษาไทยตั้งแต่ระดับอนุบาล ประถมศึกษา และมัธยมศึกษา วัดระดับความรู้ด้านภาษาไทยได้ด้วยตนเองผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ระบบทดสอบความรู้ด้านภาษาไทยนี้ มีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น ๑๐๐ ข้อ ประกอบด้วยคำถามปรนัย ๙๐ ข้อ และคำถามอัตนัยสั้น ๑๐ ข้อ แบ่งเนื้อหาตามโครงสร้างการเรียนการสอนภาษาไทย ใช้เวลาในการทำแบบทดสอบ ๑ ชั่วโมง ๓๐ นาที เมื่อทำแบบทดสอบเสร็จสิ้น ระบบจะประเมินผลการทดสอบเป็นระดับต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ ระดับดีมาก คือร้อยละ ๘๐-๑๐๐ ระดับดี คือ ร้อยละ ๗๐-๗๙ ระดับพอใช้ คือร้อยละ ๖๐-๖๙ และระดับปรับปรุง คือต่ำกว่าร้อยละ ๖๐ ผลการทดสอบครูผู้สอนภาษาไทยสามารถนำไปใช้ในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาการสอนภาษาไทยให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น อันจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทยในโรงเรียนทั่วประเทศต่อไป

The Office of the Royal Society has essential duties, according to the Royal Society Act, B.E. 2558 (2015), which are the preservation of Thai language against deterioration and promotion of Thai language as a national identity to ensure its more prominent position. The Office, therefore, has organised academic training and development programs in connection with Thai language and provided academic services to government agencies, institutes and the public to improve their linguistic knowledge. In B.E. 2560 (2017), the Office created an online examination system for Thai language teachers. The purpose is for the teachers in kindergarten, primary and secondary levels so that they can test their Thai skills by themselves. The examination system has 100 items including 90 objective questions and ten subjective ones. The contents are divided according to Thai language syllabuses. It totally takes 1 hour 30 minutes. When the examination is finished, the system will evaluate results into various levels which are excellent (80-100%), good (70-79%), fair (60-69%) and improvement needed (lower than 60%). The examination results can be used for improvement and development of teaching which will be beneficial for the development of learning Thai in schools around the nation.
