จัดทำดัชนีอุตสาหกรรมระดับจังหวัด

Abstract

ดัชนีอุตสาหกรรมระดับจังหวัดสามารถใช้เป็นเครื่องวัดสภาวะเศรษฐกิจอุตสาหกรรมระดับจังหวัด รวมทั้งเป็นการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลอุตสาหกรรมระดับประเทศได้ กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมจึงได้กำหนดให้โรงงานรายงานข้อมูลการผลิตต่อสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจอุตสาหกรรม (สสอ.) ทุกเดือน เพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์และจัดทำรายงานดัชนีอุตสาหกรรมรายเดือน ในโครงการนี้ ระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลการผลิต และประมวลดัชนีแบบออนไลน์ ได้ถูกพัฒนาขึ้น และนำระบบนี้ไปทดสอบกับ 8 จังหวัด ได้แก่ เชียงใหม่ พิจิตร นครราชสีมา ขอนแก่น ระยอง สมุทรสาคร สุราษฎร์ธานี และสงขลา โดยดัชนีอุตสาหกรรมที่ประมวลได้จากระบบประกอบด้วย ดัชนีผลผลิตอุตสาหกรรม ดัชนีสินค้าสำเร็จรูปคงคลัง ดัชนีการส่งสินค้า ดัชนีอัตราส่วนสินค้าสำเร็จรูปคงคลัง ดัชนีแรงงานในภาคอุตสาหกรรม ดัชนีผลิตภาพแรงงาน และอุตราการใช้กำลังการผลิต Provincial industrial indexes can be used as a measure of economic industry in each province. Therefore, Ministry of Industry Thailand has set a rule that all factories must monthly submit their production data to The Office of Industrial Economics (OIE). OIE then uses such data for making industrial indexes.In this project, a website-based system is developed in order to collect information from factories and to calculate industrial indexes. The system is employed into 8 provinces, including Chiang Mai, Pijit, Nakorn Rajsima, Khonkaen, Rayong, Samutsakorn, Suratthani, and Songkla, and produces 7 indexes, i.e., Production Index, Finished Goods Inventory Index, Shipment Index, Inventory Ratio Index, Labor Input Index, Labor Productive Index, and Capacity Utilization Rate.
