Abstract

Purposes of the study are to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of rural road maintenance being in charge of local administrative agencies in B.E. 2546-2549, to assess perception on authority transfer of rural roads responsibility from Department of Rural Roads to the local administrative agencies, to appraise potential of the local administrative agencies to be responsible for more new roads in B.E. 2552-2553, and to set up a guideline for strategic planning to strengthen the local agencies.
