จ้างที่ปรึกษาเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนา Big Data ด้านการท่องเที่ยวทางรถไฟ

Abstract

โครงการจ้างที่ปรึกษาเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนา Big Data ด้านการท่องเที่ยวทางรถไฟ ดำเนินการศึกษา รวบรวมข้อมูลด้านการท่องเที่ยวทั้งจากการรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านการท่องเที่ยวภายนอก อาทิ การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย กรมการท่องเที่ยว กรมศิลปากร กรมอุทยานแห่งชาติ สัตว์ ป่า และพันธุ์พืช ทั้งในส่วนที่เป็นข้อมูลแบบมีโครงสร้าง (Structured Data) กึ่งโครงสร้าง (Semi-Structured Data) และไม่มีโครงสร้าง (Unstructured Data) อาทิ แหล่งท่องเที่ยว เส้นทางการเดินทางข้อมูลบริการนักท่องเที่ยว ได้แก่ ร้านอาหาร โรงแรม และข้อมูลอื่นๆ พร้อมทั้งศึกษาเทคโนโลยีระบบข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ (Big Data) ตลอดจนมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและจัดทำแบบจำลองข้อมูล การเชื่อมโยงและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล เพื่อดำเนินการออกแบบระบบนิเวศด้านข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ (Big Data Ecosystem) ที่สามารถรองรับการรวบรวมข้อมูล (Data Collection) การจัดเก็บข้อมูล (Data Storage) การบริหารจัดการข้อมูล (Data Management) รวมถึงการใช้ประโยชน์และแบ่งปันข้อมูล (Data Usage and Sharing) นอกจากนั้น ยังดำเนินการออกแบบการเข้าถึงผลลัพธ์จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย Big Data เบื้องต้น เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการใช้งานด้านการวางแผนการท่องเที่ยวแบบครบวงจรสำหรับการเดินทางท่องเที่ยวทางรถไฟ พร้อมจัดทำแผนการพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ ด้านการท่องเที่ยวของการรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย ระยะ 3 ปี ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 5 แผนงานย่อย ได้แก่ 1) แผนพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ (Big Data) 2) แผนงานบูรณาการข้อมูลด้านการท่องเที่ยว 3) แผนงานบูรณาการข้อมูลภายในองค์กร 4) แผนงานพัฒนาระบบให้บริการท่องเที่ยวทางรถไฟ และ 5) แผนงานฝึกอบรมด้านการท่องเที่ยว

The study of Big Data development plan for railway tourism project collects and analyzes tourism information from both the State Railway of Thailand and external tourism related agencies such as the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Department of Tourism, Department of Fine Arts, Department of National Parks, Forests and Flora in the form of structured data, semi-structured and unstructured data such as tourist attractions information, travel routes information, tourist information, including restaurants and accommodations. It also studies relevant big data technologies as well as standards for big data systems, data analysis and data modeling, data integration and exchange, for the design of Big Data Ecosystem for rail tourism that can provide the following services: data collection, data storage, data management, as well as data usage and sharing. In addition, the design of big data analysis service is performed in response to rail tourism integrated planning requirement. Finally, the 3-year Development Plan for Big Data for Rail Tourism of the State Railway of Thailand is also developed, consisting of 5 sub-plans, namely: 1) Big Data development, 2) tourism data integration roadmap, 3) internal data integration, 4) railway tourism service system development, and 5) tourism training.
