Abstract

โครงการหน่วยขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคมประจำพื้นที่ภาคกลาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบริบท ชุมชน สถานการณ์ปัญหา และศักยภาพของชุมชนพื้นที่เป้าหมายในเขตภาคกลาง บ่มเพาะและส่งเสริม ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจเชิงนวัตกรรมให้สามารถต่อยอดผลงานนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคมและนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้จริง กับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ตลอดจนสร้างเครือข่ายระบบนิเวศนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคมและเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนา องค์กรธุรกิจและวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคมสำหรับการแก้ไขปัญหาสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมในชุมชนเป้าหมายได้อย่าง เป็นระบบ โดยใช้วิธีการดำเนินงานผ่านกระบวนการบ่มเพาะให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนการพัฒนาแนวคิด ผลงานนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคมไปสู่ต้นแบบหรือโครงการนวัตกรรมนำร่องเชิงพื้นที่ที่สามารถสร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อสังคมในการส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตและยกระดับเศรษฐกิจชุมชน ผลการดำเนินงานภายใต้โครงการดังกล่าว สำเร็จลุล่วงไปด้วยดี โดยมีผู้ประกอบการเข้าร่วมโครงการ จำนวน 87 ราย มีผลงานนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคมที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาผลงานนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคม รวมทั้งสิ้น 12 ผลงาน ในพื้นที่นำร่อง 7 จังหวัดในเขตภาคกลาง ได้แก่ จังหวัดชลบุรี จังหวัดจันทบุรี จังหวัดตราด จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี และกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีผู้ได้รับประโยชน์รวมทั้งสิ้น 291 ราย ใน 21 ชุมชนพื้นที่เป้าหมาย

A social innovation driving unit of central region project was created to study community contexts as well as identify situational issues and potential target communities in the central region. In addition, the goal was to promote innovative entrepreneurial use and expansion of societal and target community contributions. The project also aimed to construct social innovation ecosystems and provide guidance for developing social innovators and social startup enterprises for systematic resolution of social and environmental problems for the target community. Incubation techniques were used by a consultation process to support development concepts positively impacting society to upgrade the target community quality of life and community economy. Results were highly positive. Eighty-seven entrepreneurs participated in the incubation training program. Twelve social innovation projects were selected and supported in seven provinces: Chonburi, Chanthaburi, Trat, Kanchanaburi, Suphan Buri, Pathum Thani, and Bangkok. There were two hundred and ninety-one beneficiaries in twenty-one targeted communities.
