พัฒนาระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่เพื่อยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของภาคอุตสาหกรรม

Abstract

โครงการพัฒนาระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ เพื่อยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของภาคอุตสาหกรรม ปีงบประมาณ 2655 เป็นโครงการระยะที่ 3 ต่อจากปีงบประมาณ 2564 เพื่อพัฒนาและต่อยอดการนำเข้าข้อมูลและการรายงานไปสู่การใช้ระบบดิจิทัลมากขึ้น โดยมีงานหลัก ดังนี้ 1) การปรับปรุงระบบการแจ้งข้อมูลรายเดือนและรายปีของผู้ประกอบการตามแบบฟอร์ม Single Forms ของกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม (Digital Survey) ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและอำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการมากขึ้น 2) การพัฒนาระบบการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลที่นำเข้าสู่ระบบด้วยกระบวนการทางสถิติ และการพัฒนาระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลโดยใช้บล็อกเซนเทคโนโลยี เพื่อทำให้ข้อมูลมีความถูกต้องและเชื่อถือได้ อันจะส่งผลดีต่อคุณภาพของรายงานต่างๆ สำหรับผู้ประกอบการที่ใช้ในการประเมินตนเอง และสำหรับผู้บริหาร สำนักงานอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด และหน่วยงานภายในกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ที่ใช้ประกอบการตัดสินใจและกำหนดนโยบาย 3) การเชื่อมโยงและบูรณาการข้อมูลให้สามารถใช้ประโยชน์ร่วมกันกับหน่วยงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ให้เป็นไปตามกรอบธรรมาภิบาลข้อมูลภาครัฐ โดยนำ Application Programming Interface (API) มาใช้เพิ่มขึ้น 4) การพัฒนาเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจอุตสาหกรรม สำนักงานอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด และหน่วยงานภายในกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการจัดการฐานข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ (Big Data Management) มากขึ้น

The project of big data management system to enhance industrial competitiveness, fiscal year of 2022, is the third development phase continuing from the last year in order to improve and add up more features to facilitate data entry to the iSingleForm system and to provide digital reporting. The project delivers four outputs as following: 1) The improvement of data entry (digital survey) on the platform of the iSingleForm system under the Ministry of Industry. The system becomes more efficient and convenient to manufacturers providing monthly and annual production data. 2) The development of data verification based on statistical approach before data processing stages.The system also enhances security of the manufacturers’ data based on blockchain technology. Accurate and reliable data will ensure the quality of the digital reporting that will be used for self-assessment by the manufacturers and for decision and policy making by the executives, provincial industry offices, and relevant departments under the Ministry of Industry. 3) The development of linking and integrating the iSingleForm system with other information systems of relevant departments under the Ministry of Industry and external agencies on mutual information sharing in accordance with the data governance for government through application programming interface (API). 4) The development of human resource capability to manage big data system. Several training courses are provided to the officers of the Office of Industrial Economics, provincial industry offices, and other relevant departments under the Ministry of Industry.
