| dc.description.abstract | โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อกำหนดกรอบนโยบายและหลักเกณฑ์การร่วมลงทุน เพื่อให้สามารถนำมากำหนดระเบียบหรือข้อบังคับว่าด้วยการร่วมลงทุนกับผู้ประกอบการภาคการเกษตร เพื่อให้ธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร (ธ.ก.ส.) ใช้เป็นแนวทางประกอบการตัดสินใจร่วมลงทุน และบริหารจัดการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ที่ปรึกษาได้ดำเนินประเมินความพร้อมของผู้ประกอบการภาคการเกษตร 5 ราย และวิเคราะห์ จัดทำ Due Diligence เพื่อประเมินความคุ้มค่าการลงทุนในอนาคตกับผู้ประกอบการจำนวน 2 ราย นอกจากนี้ ที่ปรึกษาได้จัดอบรมหลักสูตรการบรรยายให้ความรู้เรื่อง “หลักและกระบวนการร่วมลงทุนกับผู้ประกอบการภาคการเกษตร” เพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้แก่พนักงานธนาคารด้วย | th |
| dc.description.abstract | This project aims to determine the policy framework and criteria for venture capital (VC) project with Thai agricultural entrepreneurs for the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC). The advisor formulated rules or regulations as a guideline for BAAC to make a decision or manage the investment effectively. The advisor also conducted a readiness assessment of 5 agricultural sector operators as well as analyzed and performed due diligence with 2 entrepreneurs. In addition, the advisor organized a training course about "Principles and process of venture capital with entrepreneurs in the agricultural sector" for BAAC employees as well. | th |
