| dc.description.abstract | This project aims to analyze and suggest joint venture guidelines with Thai agricultural entrepreneurs in legal, marketing, and financial aspects and perform due diligence of 5 operators. The advisor conducted the feasibility study on establishing a holding company for the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC) to joint invest in agricultural sector. In addition, the advisor trained BAAC officers to better understand about venture capital financing and give advice to entrepreneurs as representatives of the bank. | th |
