| dc.description.abstract | กิจกรรมเสริมสร้างศักยภาพธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ด้วยเทคโนโลยีปีงบประมาณ 2565 เป็นกิจกรรมฯ ที่มุ่งเน้นในการเพิ่มทักษะการใช้เครื่องดิจิทัล โดยกิจกรรมฯครั้งนี้เลือกใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Power BI เป็นเครื่องมือในการประมวลผลข้อมูล และรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อจัดทำรายงานหลายมุมมองสำหรับผู้บริหารซึ่งส่งผลทำให้ผู้ประกอบการสามารถใช้ข้อมูลขององค์กรที่มีอยู่มาทำรายงานในรูปแบบ visualization ทำให้ช่วยตัดสินใจในการบริหารธุรกิจ อีกทั้งยังสามารถช่วยลดต้นทุนหรือเพิ่มยอดขาย และเพิ่มศักยภาพในการแข่งขันในธุรกิจประเภทเดียวกันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เนื่องจากเครื่องมือดิจิทัลนี้ใช้ง่ายไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเมื่อเทียบกับโปรแกรมอื่นที่มีอยู่เช่น TABLEAU, Quiz view ที่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเริ่มต้นที่ 50,000 บาท แผนการจัดกิจกรรมจะดำเนินการในพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง และพื้นที่ส่วนภูมิภาคจำนวน 2 ครั้ง แต่เนื่องด้วยสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโควิค 19 ส่งผลให้มีผู้สมัครเข้าร่วมอบรมทั้ง 2 ครั้งไม่ครบตามเป้าหมาย จึงต้องดำเนินการจัดอบรมเพิ่มเติมอีก 2 ครั้ง รวมเป็นจำนวน 4 ครั้ง และประกอบกับสถานที่จัดกิจกรรมตามข้อเสนอใน Action Plan ไม่สามารถให้บริการได้ตามปกติเนื่องจากดำเนินการเป็น Hospitel ส่งผลให้ต้องแก้ไขสัญญาเปลี่ยนแปลงสถานที่จัดกิจกรรมเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ตามรายละเอียดขอบเขตของงานจ้าง ผลการจัดกิจกรรมในพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง และพื้นที่ส่วนภูมิภาคจำนวน 4 ครั้งดำเนินการจัดอบรมในพื้นที่จังหวัดชลบุรี สมุทรปราการ นครปฐม และนนทบุรี มีผู้เข้าอบรมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 250 รายจาก 73 กิจการในพื้นที่ 12 จังหวัดซึ่งกรุงเทพมหานครฯมีผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมมากที่สุดจำนวน 34 กิจการ คิดเป็น 47% และ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จังหวัดระยอง และจังหวัดอุดรธานีมีผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมน้อยที่สุดจังหวัดละ 1 กิจการ คิดเป็น 3% และประเภทธุรกิจที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมประกอบด้วยผู้ให้บริการขนส่งสินค้า (transpiration) จำนวน 49 กิจการ คิดเป็น 67.12% รองลงมาคือธุรกิจให้เช่าคอนเทนเนอร์/คลังสินค้า (Container/Warehouse) จำนวน 10 กิจการ คิดเป็น 13.7% และธุรกิจให้บริการดำเนินพิธีการศุลกากร (Shipping) จำนวน 8 กิจการ คิดเป็น 10.96 % ตามลำดับ และจากการประเมินผลก่อนและหลังการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมพบว่าผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมสามารถพัฒนาทักษะทางด้านดิจิทัลเพิ่มขึ้น มีความรู้ความเข้าใจหลังอบรม เพิ่มขึ้น 62% โดยมีความรู้ด้านบริหารจัดการด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์มากที่สุด รองลงมาด้านความรวดเร็วในการบริหารด้านการวางแผนธุรกิจเชิงกลยุทธ์ ด้านความสามารถจัดการข้อมูลในองค์กร ตามลำดับ และมีความพึงพอใจในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมคิดเป็น 88.61% ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมมีความคิดเห็นว่าหลักสูตรในการอบรมเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ประกอบการเป็นอย่างมากเนื่องจากสามารถทำให้ลดเวลาในการทำรายงานได้มาก การนำข้อมูลทาง Data analytics สามารถช่วยวางแผนการดำเนินธุรกิจได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด ควรจัดหลักสูตรต่อเนื่อง แต่ควรเพิ่มระยะเวลาในการอบรมมากขึ้น เนื่องจากเนื้อหาในหลักสูตรมีจำนวนมากทำให้เวลาในการบรรยายในแต่ละหัวมีน้อย อยากให้จัดหลักสูตรอบรมด้านดิจิทัลอื่นที่สามารถช่วยผู้ประกอบการให้ดำเนินธุรกิจได้ในยุคดิจิทัลตามนโยบายของภาครัฐที่ส่งเสริมให้ผู้ประกอบการบริหารงานด้วยระบบดิจิทัล ข้อเสนอแนะผู้รับจ้าง เพื่อให้กิจกรรมเสริมสร้างศักยภาพธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ด้วยเทคโนโลยี เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดควรมีการต่อยอดให้กับผู้ประกอบการ เช่น มีกิจกรรมให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำเชิงลึก จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ณ สถานประกอบการเพิ่มเติมอย่างน้อย 4-5 man-dayเพื่อให้ผู้ประกอบการสามารถนำเทคโนโลยีมาช่วยวิเคราะห์และการจัดการข้อมูลในองค์กรเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด และควรให้ความรู้ด้านกฏหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับด้านเทคโนโลยี เช่น พระราชบัญญัติคอมพิวเตอร์และพระราชบัญญัติข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) เป็นต้น Activities to promote business potential of logistics services with technology for fiscal year 2022 is an activity that focuses on enhancing skills in using digital machines. In this case, this activity uses Microsoft Power BI as a data processing tool and gathering data to setup for multi-view reports for executives, which results in the entrepreneurs being capable to use existing organizational data to make reports in the form of visualization. Then, it enables to help decision-making in business administration including of helping to reduce costs or increase sales and the competitiveness in the same type of business effectively. Hence, this digital tool is easy to use without no cost compared to other existing programs, such as TABLEAU and Quiz view which start at 50,000 baht. The activity plan will be conducted in the central area and the regional area for two times. However, due to the epidemic situation of Covid- 19 it results in the number of applicants attending both training sessions not meeting as the target. Thus, additional training must be organized two more times with totaling 4 times. Besides, the event offered in the action plan are unable to operate normally as they are hosted. Therefore, it is in the need to amend the contract by changing the event location to achieve the objectives according to the scope of the employment. According to the results of activities in public areas and in the provincial areas with four times, it organized the training in Chonburi, Samut Prakan, Nakhon Pathom and Nonthaburi provinces, with a total of two hundred and fifty participants from seventy-three businesses in twelves provinces in which Bangkok has a lot of participants. Besides, there are thirty-four businesses, representing 47 % and Chaiyaphum Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Rayong and Udon Thani provinces had the least participation in the activity or one business per province, or 3%. On the same way, the types of businesses that participated in the activities consisted of transport service providers in the number of forty-nine businesses accounted for to 67.12%, followed by warehouse rental, amounting to ten businesses or 13.7% and shipping businesses, amounting to eight businesses, accounting for 10.96%, respectively. Then, with the attending the event, it was found that the participants were able to develop more digital skills with knowledge and understanding after training increased by 62% as the most knowledge of human resource management followed by the speed of management in strategic business planning, the ability to manage information in the organization, respectively, and it showed of the satisfaction of participating in the activities accounted for 88.61%.
The participants commented that the training courses were the great benefit to entreprenures as they could significantly reduce reporting time. Moreover, the data analytics can help you plan your business in the most efficient way including of arranging the ongoing courses. However, it should increase the duration of training because there is a lot of content in the course with a little time to describe on each topic. Therefore, it should organize other digital training courses that can help entrepreneurs to operate businesses in the digital era according to the government's policy for encouraging them to manage their businesses with a digital system. The contractor has suggested to provide activities for promoting business potential of logistics services with technology. Then, it could achieve maximum promotion with efficiency to the entrepreneurs, such as advising the depth consulting activities from experts at the establishment at least 4-5 man-day. In this case, it enables the entrepreneurs to use technology by helping to analyze and manage data in the organization for maximum efficiency by providing knowledge on laws related to technology, such as the Computer Act and the Personal Data Protection Act, PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) and others. | th |
