ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาทักษะและศักยภาพกำลังคนด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์

Abstract

สืบเนื่องจากนโยบายรัฐบาลดิจิทัลและสถานการณ์โรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) ทำให้หน่วยงานทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชนจำเป็นต้องพึ่งพาระบบสารสนเทศเป็นการสื่อสารหลักขององค์กร โดยมีการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศที่จำเป็นต้องดูแลรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล อย่างไรก็ตามประเทศไทยผลิตผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์ได้เพียงหลักร้อยคนต่อปีในขณะที่มีความต้องการหลายหมื่นอัตรา จึงมีความจำเป็นอย่างเร่งด่วนในการพัฒนาทักษะของบุคลากรในการประกอบอาชีพ โครงการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาทักษะและศักยภาพกำลังคนด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์ หลักสูตร “Cyber Security for Cloud and Network” จึงได้จัดตั้งขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1. เพื่อถ่ายทอดความรู้ด้านสารสนเทศและเทคโนโลยีด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์จากมหาวิทยาลัยสู่ประชาชน นักศึกษา และบุคลากรด้านสารสนเทศ 2. เพื่อสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยและเอกชนชั้นนำด้าน Cloud Technology และ Cyber Security 3. เพื่อสร้างความตื่นตัวด้าน Cloud Technology และ Cyber Security ให้แก่ ประชาชน นักศึกษา และบุคลากรด้านสารสนเทศ โครงการฯ ได้นำเสนอการสร้างหลักสูตรอบรมออนไลน์เพื่อถ่ายทอดความรู้ด้านสารสนเทศและเทคโนโลยีด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์จากมหาวิทยาลัยสู่ประชาชน นักศึกษา และบุคลากรด้านสารสนเทศ รวมถึงการสร้างความตระหนักให้ภาคประชาชนเพื่อเตรียมพร้อมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง และเพื่อให้หน่วยงานทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชนภายในประเทศสามารถดำเนินงานได้อย่างปลอดภัยและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด การดำเนินงานของโครงการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาทักษะและศักยภาพกำลังคนด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์ Cyber Security for Cloud and Network ได้แก่ 1. การจัดทำหลักสูตรสำหรับโครงการจำนวน 5 หลักสูตร ดังนี้ 1.1. หลักสูตรเรื่อง Cyber Security Threats เป็นหลักสูตรเพื่อสร้างการตระหนักรู้ถึงภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์ในชีวิตประจำวัน รวมทั้งแนวโน้มภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์สมัยใหม่ที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการทำงาน 1.2. หลักสูตรเรื่อง Development of Secure Software มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์สมัยใหม่ และกระบวนการรักษาความปลอดภัย เช่น Cryptographic Protection เพื่อป้องกันการโจมตีจากภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์ 1.3. หลักสูตรเรื่อง Artificial Intelligence for Cyber Security and Large scale deployment of AI algorithms on production มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการประยุกต์ใช้ Machine Learning และ Deep Learning กับภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์ 1.4. หลักสูตรเรื่อง Microsoft Azure-Deploy and Configuration เป็นหลักสูตรเกี่ยวกับ Azure ซึ่งเป็นบริการ Cloud ตัวหนึ่งของ Microsoft ที่มีคุณสมบัติในการจัดการดูแลทรัพยากรหรือข้อมูลในระบบ โดยหลักสูตรมีเนื้อหาเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ Azure และบริการต่าง ๆ ที่มีใน Azure ก่อนที่จะทำการ Deploy ใช้งานในองค์กร 1.5. หลักสูตรเรื่อง Microsoft Azure-Monitoring and Cloud Security มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยของ Microsoft Azure บริการต่าง ๆ ของ Microsoft Azure ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการรักษาความปลอดภัย เป็นการสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเรื่องของความปลอดภัยก่อนที่จะทำการ Deploy ใช้งาน 2. การอบรมเรื่อง Cyber Security ให้กับผู้ที่สนใจ โดยจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 15-19 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2564 เวลา 09:00 น. - 16:00 น. 3. การจัดทำเว็บไซต์ เรื่อง Cyber Security เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์รายละเอียดสำคัญเกี่ยวกับโครงการฯ (https://sites.google.com/storemesh.com/depacybersecurity/) 4. การจัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ของโครงการฯ ดังนี้ 4.1. Facebook Fanpage หลักสูตร “Cyber Security for Cloud and Network” จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการฯ อัปเดตความเคลื่อนไหวเกี่ยวกับการอบรม และการถ่ายทอดสดการอบรม วิดีโอประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการฯ ชื่อ “Depa Cyber Security” จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อสร้างความตื่นตัวด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์ (Cyber Security) โดยเนื้อหาของวิดีโอได้กล่าวถึงภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์ที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องทั้งทั่วโลกและในประเทศไทย Due to the digital government policy and the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) situation, both government and private agencies need to rely on information systems as their primary communication with the use of information systems that need to maintain data security However, Thailand only produces hundreds of cybersecurity professionals a year while demanding tens of thousands. The project to promote the development of skills and potential of manpower in cybersecurity, the "Cyber Security for Cloud and Network" course was established with the following objectives: 1. To transfer knowledge of information and technology on cybersecurity from the university to the public, students and information technology personnel. 2. To create cooperation between leading universities and private sectors in Cloud Technology and Cyber Security. 3. To create awareness about Cloud Technology and Cyber Security for people, students and information technology personnel. The project therefore presents the creation of online training courses to transfer knowledge of information and technology in cybersecurity from the university to the public, students and information technology personnel. including raising awareness of the people's sector to prepare for change and to enable both public and private agencies in the country to operate safely and with maximum efficiency The implementation of the Cyber Security for Cloud and Network Skills Development Promotion Program includes: 1. The preparation of courses for the project consists of 5 courses as follows: 1.1. Cyber Security Threats course is a course to raise awareness of cyber threats in everyday life. Including the trend of modern cyber threats that affect work. 1.2. The Development of Secure Software course focuses on modern software development and security processes such as Cryptographic Protection to protect against cyber-threat attacks. 1.3. The course on Artificial Intelligence for Cyber Security and Large scale deployment of AI algorithms on production focuses on applying Machine Learning and Deep Learning to cyber threats. 1.4. Microsoft Azure-Deploy and Configuration Course This course is about Azure, one of Microsoft's cloud services that provide features to manage resources or information on the system. The course contains content to build an understanding of Azure and the services it offers in Azure before deploying on-premises. 1.5. The Microsoft Azure-Monitoring and Cloud Security course focuses on the security of Microsoft Azure, the various Microsoft Azure services associated with security processes. This is to create an understanding of security issues before deploying. 2. The Cyber Security training for those who are interested It will be held between 15th and 19th September 2021 from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. 3. Creating a website on the topic of Cyber Security to publicize important details about the project. (https://sites.google.com/storemesh.com/depacybersecurity/) 4. Preparation of public relations media for the project as follows: 4.1. The Facebook Fanpage "Cyber Security for Cloud and Network" course was created to promote the project. Update on training movements and live broadcast of the training 4.2. A promotional video for the project titled “Depa Cyber Security” was created to raise awareness of Cyber Security. The content of the video discusses ongoing cyber threats both around the world and in Thailand.
