เสริมสร้างเเละยกระดับทักษะบุคคลากรด้าน Data Science เพื่อนำทักษะการวิเคราะห์เเละบริหารข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ มาใช้ในองค์กรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Abstract

ในปัจจุบันข้อมูล (Data) มีความสำคัญต่อการดำเนินกิจกรรมในองค์กร โดยในช่วง 10 ปีที่ผ่านมาทุกองค์กรในประเทศไทยไม่ว่าจะเป็นองค์กรภาครัฐหรือภาคเอกชนล้วนให้ความสำคัญกับการนำข้อมูลที่มีอยู่ภายในองค์กร (Internal Data) ประกอบกับข้อมูลที่อยู่ภายนอกองค์กร (External Data) มาวิเคราะห์ร่วมกัน และพยายามค้นหาคุณค่าจากข้อมูลเหล่านั้น เพื่อผลักดันให้องค์กรเติบโตและสามารถแข่งขันได้ในยุคดิจิทัล โครงการนี้ริเริ่มด้วยความร่วมมือของกระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม และสำนักงานศูนย์วิจัยและให้คำปรึกษาแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ เพื่อเสริมสร้างและยกระดับทักษะให้กับบุคลากรในหน่วยงานภาครัฐ โดยเป็นการฝึกทักษะพื้นฐานด้านวิทยาการข้อมูลและการเรียนรู้ของเครื่องจักรในรูปแบบการบรรยายและฝึกปฏิบัติ ระหว่างวันที่ 11 พฤษภาคม ถึงวันที่ 11 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2564 ซึ่งมีวิทยากรผู้มีความเชี่ยวชาญดูแลให้คำปรึกษาอย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรภาครัฐที่เข้ารับการอบรมจำนวน 62 คน สามารถนำความรู้ด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลไปใช้เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานได้จริง To drive the organization to grow and be competitive in the digital age, data is important for all organizations. In the past 10 years, a public or private organization in Thailand has focused on analysis data to discover the value of both internal and external data. This project is initiated through the cooperation of Ministry of Digital Economy and Society with Thammasat University Research and Consultancy Institute to strengthen and enhance skills to government manpower. That is involved training on basic skills in data science and machine learning in the form of lectures and practice sessions between May 11 and August 11, 2021. Which have experts to closely consulting to encourage 62 government personnel who attended the training to be able to apply their knowledge of data analysis to actually increase their work efficiency.
