Abstract

กรมเจรจาการค้าระหว่างประเทศได้พัฒนาระบบและข้อมูลสารสนเทศ เพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ ทั้งด้านการเจรจาการค้า การบริหารจัดการภายในองค์กร การติดต่อสื่อสาร แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลข่าวสาร และบริการประชาชน โดยมีแผนพัฒนาดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจการพาณิชย์ ปี พ.ศ. 2560 - 2564 ของกรมเจรจาการค้าระหว่างประเทศ เป็นกรอบแนวทางการดำเนินการ รวมทั้งพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ให้สอดคล้อง เชื่อมโยงกับแผนพัฒนาดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม แผนพัฒนารัฐบาลดิจิทัลของประเทศไทย แผนพัฒนาดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจการพาณิชย์ ปี พ.ศ. 2560 – 2564 ของกระทรวงพาณิชย์ ยุทธศาสตร์ของกระทรวงพาณิชย์ และยุทธศาสตร์ของกรมเจรจาการค้าระหว่างประเทศ จึงควรมีผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารที่มีความรู้ ความสามารถมาเป็นที่ปรึกษา ให้คำปรึกษา เสนอแนะแนวทางบริหารการพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศให้สอดคล้องกับแผนฯ กฎหมาย ระเบียบ แนวนโยบายภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้อง สามารถป้องกัน แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นได้อย่างเหมาะสม ถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว ทันเวลา รวมถึงการมีกรอบแนวทางการกำกับดูแลข้อมูลที่เหมาะสมกับสภาพแวดล้อมองค์กร การจัดทำฐานข้อมูลการเจรจาการค้าระหว่างประเทศ และธรรมาภิบาลข้อมูลภาครัฐ ของกรมเจรจาการค้าระหว่างประเทศ Department of Trade Negotiations have two main strategies: First, to improve the efficiency of economic and trade negotiations and secondly, to develop organizational and staff performance.
