พัฒนาผู้ประกอบการใหม่ (Early Stage) ปีงบประมาณ 2563

Abstract

มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ร่วมกับสำนักงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมดำเนินโครงการพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการใหม่ (early stage) ปี 2563 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการ ให้สามารถสร้างความเข้มแข็งทางธุรกิจได้อย่างยั่งยืน เพื่อพัฒนาแนวความคิดในการสร้างธุรกิจเชิงปฏิบัติการ โดยใช้เครื่องมือในการวิเคราะห์ให้เห็นภาพรวมของธุรกิจได้อย่างชัดเจน และเพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและให้คำปรึกษาเชิงลึกให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการเพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงธุรกิจให้มีความสามารถในการแข่งขันเพิ่มขึ้น โดยการดำเนินงานแบ่งออกเป็น 6 กิจกรรมหลัก ได้แก่ 1) การประชุมวางแผนการดำเนินโครงการร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนเพื่อร่วมกันกำหนดวิธีการรับสมัคร เกณฑ์ในการคัดเลือก รวมถึง flow การดำเนินโครงการ 2) การประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการและการเผยแพร่ข่าวสารโครงการผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ 3) รับสมัครและคัดลือกผู้ประกอบการเข้าร่วมโครงการ เป้าหมาย 500 ราย 4) จัดกิจกรรมฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเกี่ยวกับการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ (Entrepreneurship Course) 5) จัดกิจกรรมการสร้างและพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการในเชิงลึก เป้าหมาย 185 ราย และ 6) จัดกิจกรรมทดสอบตลาดภายใต้งาน Food, Health & Beauty Expo 2020 by OSMEP โดยผลการดำเนินงานโครงการมีผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการรวมทั้งสิ้น 571 ราย ผู้ประกอบการได้รับการพัฒนาเชิงลึก จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 204 ราย แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ 74 ราย 2) ด้านการพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์และ Trademark 88 ราย 3) ด้านการตรวจวิเคราะห์ 40 ราย และ 4) ด้านการปรับปรุงมาตรฐานการผลิต Primary GMP 2 ราย โดยผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางเศรษฐกิจที่เกิดขึ้นจากการดำเนินโครงการ คิดเป็น 31.75 ล้านบาท โดยแบ่งเป็นมูลค่าจากยอดขายในประเทศเพิ่มขึ้น 19.25 ล้านบาท (เพิ่มขึ้นคิดเป็นร้อยละ 38) มูลค่ารายได้จากกิจกรรมทดสอบตลาด เพิ่มขึ้นประมาณ 0.23 ล้านบาท อย่างไรก็ตามจากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโคโรน่าส่งผลให้ยอดขายต่างประเทศลดลงไปประมาณ 5.8 แสนบาท (ลดลงคิดเป็นร้อยละ 35) ในส่วนของมูลค่าการลงทุนในปีนี้ ผู้ประกอบการมีการลงทุนเพิ่มขึ้นประมาณ 1.59 ล้านบาท และในปีนี้มีผู้ประกอบการยื่นขอสินเชื่อประมาณ 20 คน วงเกินยื่นกู้ประมาณ 11.25 ล้านบาท Thammasat University, in collaboration with the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion, undertook the Early Stage of Entrepreneurship Development Project 2020 with the aim of developing entrepreneur potential to be able to build sustainable business strength, to develop the concept of creating a workshop business by using analytical tools to clearly see the overall picture of the business, and to analyze problems and provide in-depth advice for entrepreneurs in order to improve their businesses to increase competitiveness. The operations are divided into 6 main activities, including 1) project planning meetings with government agencies and the private sector to jointly determine the recruitment method, selection criteria, and project implementation flow; 2) publicity of the project and news through various channels; 3) recruiting and selecting 500 entrepreneurs; 4) organizing entrepreneurship course; 5) organizing activities for creating and developing in-depth potential for 185 entrepreneurs; and 6) organizing market testing activities under Food, Health & Beauty Expo 2020 by OSMEP. There were 571 participants in the project. 204 entrepreneurs were developed in depth, divided into 4 areas, including 1) product development (74 entrepreneurs), 2) packaging development and trademark (88 entrepreneurs), 3) analysis (40 entrepreneurs), and 4) improvement of the primary GMP production standard (2 entrepreneurs). The economic achievements arising from the project implementation was 31.75 million baht, divided into the value of domestic sales with an increase of 19.25 million baht (an increase of 38 percent) and the revenue value from market testing activities with an increase of 0.23 million baht. However, due to the coronavirus outbreak situation, foreign sales decreased by approximately 5.8 hundred thousand baht (a decrease of 35 percent). The investment value in this year, entrepreneurs increased their investment of approximately 1.59 million baht. This year, there were about 20 entrepreneurs applying for loans with the total amount around 11.25 million baht.
