พัฒนาระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ เพื่อยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของภาคอุตสาหกรรม

Abstract

โครงการพัฒนาระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ เพื่อยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของภาคอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อพัฒนาไปสู่การใช้ระบบดิจิทัลมากขึ้น โดยมีองค์ประกอบ 4 ส่วน คือ - พัฒนาระบบการนำเข้าข้อมูลตามแบบ iSingleForm ทั้งแบบแจ้งข้อมูลการประกอบกิจการโรงงานรายเดือน (ร.ง.8) และแบบแจ้งข้อมูลการประกอบกิจการโรงงานรายปี (ร.ง.9) ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนดภายใต้กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อนำข้อมูลเหล่านั้นไปประมวลผลเป็นค่าดัชนีอุตสาหกรรม รายงานผลิตภาพอุตสาหกรรม ภาวะอุตสาหกรรมรายเดือน ภาวะอุตสาหกรรมรายไตรมาสและรายปี เพื่อติดตามสถานการณ์เศรษฐกิจอุตสาหกรรมของประเทศ - พัฒนาระบบการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลระหว่างสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจอุตสาหกรรม กับหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ ภายในกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม เช่น ระบบ i-Industry ของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม และฐานข้อมูลของกรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม และฐานข้อมูลของสำนักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม - พัฒนาระบบการแสดงผลรายงานในรูปแบบรายงานดิจิทัล (Digital Report) ในการวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์เศรษฐกิจอุตสาหกรรม/การประเมินตนเองให้กับผู้ประกอบการ รายงานผลสถานการณ์เศรษฐกิจอุตสาหกรรมสำหรับผู้บริหาร และหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น สำนักงานอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด เป็นต้น - พัฒนาระบบเชื่อมโยงการให้สิทธิประโยชน์จากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ธนาคาร ที่จะมอบให้กับผู้ประกอบการที่เข้าร่วมให้ข้อมูลตามแบบ iSingleForm อย่างต่อเนื่อง โครงการนี้ได้จัดการฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาขีดความสามารถของเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจอุตสาหกรรม และหน่วยงานภายในกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ให้มีความรู้ทักษะด้านการใช้ระบบ Big Data ทั้งในระดับผู้ดูแลระบบและระดับผู้ใช้งานทั่วไป The project for developing big data system to enhance competitiveness of the industrial sector by exploiting the advancement of digital technologies. The project delivers four systems as following: - The digital platform for manufacturers to provide monthly production information in accordance with Form 8 and annual production information in accordance with Form 9 as specified by the applicable laws under the Ministry of Industry. These inputs will be calculated to produce Manufacturing Production Index (MPI), Total Factor Productivity (TFP), monthly industrial review, quarterly industrial review, and annual industrial review as well. The indexes and reports are used to monitor the industrial economics of Thailand. - The system for data exchange among the Office of Industrial Economics and other departments within the Ministry of Industry such as i-Industry system under the Office of Permanent Secretary of Industry, the database of the Department of Industrial Works, and the database of the Thai Industrial Standards Institute. - The system to generate digital reports for general use and customized use. The report can be tailored to target customers such as manufacturer, and provincial offices of industry. - The system for data exchange with external organizations such as banks to provide privileges to continuously participating manufacturers. The project also provides training courses to enhance capability of relevant officers as administrators and users of this big data system.
