จัดเก็บข้อมูลทรัพย์สินงานทางและสะพาน ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2563 (กลุ่มที่ 2)

Abstract

กรมทางหลวงชนบทได้ดำเนินการจัดเก็บข้อมูลทรัพย์สินงานทางและสะพานบนโครงข่ายกว่า 44,000กิโลเมตร ด้วยเครื่องมือสำรวจและจัดทำแผนที่แบบเคลื่อนที่ได้ (Mobile Mapping System, MMS) โดยใช้เทคโนโลยี Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) ในงานสำรวจ บทความฉบับนี้ได้พัฒนาต้นแบบระบบวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ มาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทรัพย์สินงานทางโดยอัตโนมัติ เพื่อนำข้อมูลทรัพย์สินที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ไปใช้ในงานระบบบริหารงานบำรุงรักษาทาง และสะพาน ส่งผลให้การวางแผนงาน และการบริหารจัดการเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องตามหลักวิชาการ เหมาะสม และรวดเร็ว ทนต่อเหตการณ์ ซึ่งผลลัพธ์จากการนำระบบต้นแบบที่พัฒนาไปใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทรัพย์สินงานทางของกรมทางหลวงชนบทพบว่าระบบดังกล่าวให้ความแม่นยำสูง โดยผลการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องทรัพย์สินมีความแม่นยำมากกว่าร้อยละ 90 The Department of Rural Roads has collected the data on the property of road works and bridges on a network of more than 44,000 km by developing Mobile Mapping System (MMS) using Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) in the survey. This article has developed a prototype data analysis system using artificial intelligence technology to automatically analyze property data in order to apply the results from the analysis for the use in road and bridge maintenance management system. The results can be implemented in planning and management accurately, appropriate and in a timely manner according to the theory. The results from the use of the prototype system developed for the analysis property data of road work of the Department of Rural Roads found that the system was highly accurate, with the accuracy of more than 90 percent.
