| dc.description.abstract | สำนักงานบริหารและพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ ได้ดำเนินการด้านการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้และองค์ความรู้มาอย่างยาวนานกว่า 13 ปี ทำให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของศูนย์การเรียนรู้ที่มีบทบาทระดับประเทศทันสมัยและสอดคล้องกับวิถีชีวิตและพฤติกรรของคนในยุคปัจจุบัน จึงได้ดำเนินการจัดทำรายละเอียดโครงการ และข้อมูลเพื่อการออกแบบภายใต้โครงการเตรียมการจัดตั้งและออกแบบศูนย์การเรียนรู้แห่งชาติขึ้น การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ขึ้นเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลความต้องการการใช้พื้นที่และปัญหาการใช้พื้นที่เดิมกำหนดพื้นที่ใช้สอยที่เหมาะสมกับพื้นที่ใหม่ กำหนดแนวทางการใช้พื้นที่ของศูนย์การเรียนรู้แห่งชาติบริเวณอาคารลุมพินีสถานภายในสวนลุมพินี กำหนดพื้นที่ใช้สอยของศูนย์การเรียนรู้แห่งชาติ ที่สอดคล้องกับแผนยุทธศาสตร์ของสำนักงาน ฯ ในอนาคต ศึกษาวิเคราะห์โครงสร้างและฐานรากอาคารลุมพินีสถาน ศึกษาความต้องการของผู้ใช้บริการ และการสร้างประสบการณ์แก่ผู้ใช้บริการ และเพื่อกำหนดแนวคิดรายละเอียดด้านการใช้งานพื้นที่ และข้อมูลทางเทคนิคของพื้นที่โครงการเพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการออกแบบที่ตั้งของโครงการอยู่ที่บริเวณอาคารลุมพินีสถาน ภายในพื้นที่สวนลุมพินี ถนนพระราม 4 เขตปทุมวันกรุงเทพมหานคร บริบทโดยรอบเป็นพื้นที่ธุรกิจและพาณิชยกรรมที่สำคัญของเมือง โดยขอบเขตการออกแบบโครงการมีทั้งหมด 2 ส่วน ประมาณ 6.5 ไร่ คือ ส่วนงานออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมและสถาปัตยกรรมภายในขนาดประมาณ 3.2 ไร่ อยู่ในขอบเขตที่ดินอาคารเดิม โดยอนุรักษ์เปลือกอาคารส่วนหน้าไว้ และส่วนเสนอแนวคิดการออกแบบภูมิทัศน์โดยรอบของโครงการ ขนาดประมาณ 6.5 ไร่ โดยไม่ทำลายพื้นที่สีเขียวของสวนจากการศึกษาผ่านการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับเจ้าหน้าที่ การศึกษาข้อจำกัดของที่ตั้ง การศึกษาทฤษฎีและกรณีศึกษาต่าง ๆ ได้ข้อสรุปขนาดพื้นที่ใช้สอยรวมโครงการ 14,000 ตรม. แบ่งเป็น (1) พื้นที่บริการศูนย์การเรียนรู้แห่งชาติ 3,970 ตรม. (2) พื้นที่บริการอุทยานการเรียนรู้ 4,100 ตรม. (3) พื้นที่สำนักงาน 2,640 ตรม.และ (4) พื้นที่งานระบบและเส้นทางสัญจรภายในโครงการ 3,370 ตรม. โดยพื้นที่ในส่วนบริการจะถูกแบ่งย่อยออก เป็น 6 ประเภทย่อย ตามแนวคิดหลักของโครงการและการใช้สอยคือ (1) พื้นที่ห้องเรียนและการประชุม(2) พื้นที่สร้างสรรค์ (3) พื้นที่การแสดงออก (4) พื้นที่รวบรวมความรู้ และพื้นที่อ่านหนังสือ (5) พื้นที่เพื่อการเรียนรู้กลุ่มพิเศษ (6) พื้นที่โถงทางเข้าและพื้นที่ธุรกิจการออกแบบบริการใช้แนวคิดมนุษย์เป็นจุดศูนย์กลาง ผ่านการจัดกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบเพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งได้แผนภาพการบริการของศูนย์การเรียนรู้แห่งชาติ ที่เน้นไปที่การสร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์ต่าง ๆ ที่หลากหลาย ทั้งระหว่างคนกับคน และคนกับชุมชนโดยรอบ โดยมีศูนย์การเรียนรู้แห่งชาติ เป็นศูนย์กลางการเชื่อมต่อคนเพื่อให้เกิดการแบ่งปันและการแลกเปลี่ยนการเรียนรู้ที่นอกเหนือจากหนังสือ Office of Knowledge Management and Development has been responsible in knowledge center and knowledge management for over 13 years. The Office has started the programming and design brief study, under the preparing project of the national knowledge center, from seeing the significant of having knowledge center in the national level that relevant and match the current lifestyle of people. This study has the objectives in gathering the space using insights from staffs and current problems from the existing projects to provide the programming that suit new location, setting up the new space using direction for the national knowledge center in Lumpini park that matches the new strategy of the office, studying the physical structure of the existing Lumpinistan building, studying the user needs and experience, finally, specifying the concept of the space using details and the technical information for the design brief. The project is located at Lumpinistan building, inside Lumpini park, Rama 4 road, Patumwan district, Bangkok. The park is surrounded by the business and commercial district. The design area is about 6.5 Rais divided in two parts. First, the architecture and interior design area, approximately 3.2 Rais, in the boundary of existing building and preserve its frontal façade. Second, the landscape design area, approximately 6.5 Rais, without disrupting the green area of the park. The in-depth interview with staffs, the site area limitation study, theories and case studies lead to total project area at 14,000 sqm.; (1) National knowledge center service area 3,970 sqm. (2) Thailand knowledge park 4,100 sqm. (3) Office area 2,640 sqm. (4) Mechanical
and circulation area 3,370 sqm. The service area has 6 sub categories following project’s main concept and programming; (1) Classroom and meeting area (2) Creation area (3) Express area (4) Collection and reading area (5) Special learning area (6) Approach and business area. The service design of the project has followed the human centric approach, through the design thinking process, which provides the service design blueprint. The blueprint focus
in creating various forms of the interaction people between people, people and community, by having the knowledge center as a center platform to exchange and transfer knowledge other than knowledge from reading. | th |
