รูปแบบและแนวทางการเรียนรู้ของเด็กและเยาวชนรุ่นใหม่ (Generation Z)

Abstract

การศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่าง 10 กรณีศึกษาภายใต้โครงการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับโลกทัศน์และรูปแบบเยาวชนไทยรุ่นใหม่ มีจุดประสงค์ที่จะสร้างความตระหนัก ความรู้ และความเข้าใจที่มีต่อโลกทัศน์ ศักยภาพ และปัญหาของเยาวชนไทยรุ่นใหม่ที่เกิดและเติบโตภายใต้บริบททางสังคมแบบโลกาภิวัตน์ ซึ่งมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงในมิติต่างๆ ของสังคมอย่างรวดเร็ว ตั้งแต่การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางการเมือง เศรษฐกิจ วัฒนธรรม ปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้คนไปจนถึงการเรียนรู้ที่จะใช้ชีวิตภายใต้บริบทสังคมแบบใหม่ 10 กรณีศึกษาจึงเป็นตัวแทนของเยาวชนไทยยุคปัจจุบันที่สามารถถ่ายทอดเรื่องราวและเสียงของพวกเขา เพื่อทำให้ผู้ใหญ่ นักวิชาการ และผู้กำหนดนโยบายตระหนักถึงมุมมองบางอย่างที่พวกเราอาจจะมองข้ามเมื่อเราตัดสินใจที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงระบบการศึกษาและสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสมกับการเรียนรู้ให้พวกเขาเยาวชน 10 กรณีในโครงการวิจัยนี้มาจากปูนหลังหลากหลาย มีเส้นทางอาชีพในอนาคตเป็นของตนเอง และบางส่วนอยู่ในกลุ่มทางวัฒนธรรมที่ผู้ใหญ่ในสังคมไทยยังให้ความสนใจไม่มากนัก ด้วยความหลากหลายดังกล่าวกลุ่มผู้วิจัยจึงเลือกวิธีการวิจัยที่มีความเหมาะสมกับบริบททางสังคมและเงื่อนไขเฉพาะของเยาวชนแต่ละกลุ่มมากที่สุด เพื่อให้ได้เสียงของเยาวชนกรณีศึกษานั้น ๆ มากที่สุดเท่าที่เป็นไปได้ Ten case studies of Thai youth are presented to build awareness and understanding about their perceptions of the world, their growth potential, and their problems. The current generation of Thai youth have grown up amidst globalization, which is rapidly transforming Thai society, politics, economy, culture, and interpersonal relationships. Specific learning process are needed to navigate this globalized society. In these case studies, we hear the voices of Thai youths who narrate their own stories. Hearing these stories will help adults, experts, and policy makers to recognize previously overlooked issues that have implications to reforming the Thai educational system and creating appropriate learning environments. The case studies depict youth of diverse backgrounds, each with their own dreams and plans for the future. Some belong to cultural groups that Thai adults tend to overlook. To deal with this diversity, research methodology considering the participants’ specific social contexts was used, enabling the researchers to convey the participants’ voices with minimal distortion.
