| dc.description.abstract | บริษัท ท่าอากาศยานไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) จัดตั้งหน่วยนวัตกรรมเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพการบริการและกระบวนการที่ตอบสนองความพึงพอใจของผู้โดยสาร แผนนวัตกรรม AOT ได้รับการพัฒนาสำหรับปี 2564 - 2568 แผนนี้เป็นกลยุทธ์ที่ครอบคลุมเรื่ององค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรม นวัตกรรมการบริการ นวัตกรรมดิจิทัลและนวัตกรรมที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยข้อมูล โดยจะนำกลยุทธ์ทั้งหมดไปใช้กับ 6 สาขาของทอท. ประกอบด้วยสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ สนามบินนานาชาติดอนเมือง สนามบินนานาชาติภูเก็ต สนามบินนานาชาติเชียงใหม่ สนามบินนานาชาติหาดใหญ่และสนามบินนานาชาติแม่ฟ้าหลวงเชียงราย Airport of Thailand established an innovation unit in order to improve a service quality and process that meet with passenger’s satisfaction level. AOT Innovation plan were developed for 2021 - 2025. This plan is a strategy that cover on innovative organization, service innovation, digital innovation and data driven innovation. All strategies will be implemented to 6 branches of AOT consist of Suvarnabhumi International Airport, Don Mueang International Airport, Phuket International Airport, Chiang Mai International Airport, Hat Yai International Airport and Mae Fah Luang Chiang Rai International Airport. | th |
