ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล กิจกรรมการพัฒนาศักยภาพการบริหารจัดการ SMEs ด้วยระบบเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล

Abstract

จากการที่รัฐบาลให้ความสำคัญกับผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม SMEs เป็นกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ทางภาครัฐจะส่งเสริมให้ผู้ประกอบการสามารถนำเครื่องมือทางด้านดิจิทัลมาปรับใช้ในองค์กรเพื่อการบริหารจัดการในองค์กร เพราะในปัจจุบันมีการแข่งขันค่อนข้างสูงจึงต้องทำให้ผู้ประกอบการต้องปรับตัวนำเครื่องมือทางด้านดิจิทัลมาช่วยในการดำเนินธุรกิจให้มีความคล่องแคล่วมากขึ้นจากโครงการนี้ได้มีการกำหนดตัวชี้วัดให้ผู้ประกอบการที่เข้าร่วมโครงการสามารถลดต้นทุนของสินค้าหรือบริการ ลดของเสียในการผลิตหรือในการจัดเก็บสินค้าอีกทั้งเพิ่มยอดขายให้มากขึ้นโดยทั้งหมดนี้ต้องอาศัยเครื่องมือทางดิจิทัล เป็นตัวขับเคลื่อน โดยเฉพาะเทคโนโลยีด้าน digital ระบบการวางแผนทรัพยากรทางธุรกิจขององค์กร Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) เป็นเครื่องมือหลักที่ช่วยให้ผู้ประกอบการ SME สามารถแข่งขันในธุรกิจได้ จากผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ พื้นที่ความรับผิดชอบของศูนย์ส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมภาคที่ 10 จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี โดยประกอบด้วยจังหวัดต่าง ๆ ดังนี้ สุราษฏร์ธานี ชุมพร นครศรีธรรมราช พัทลุง กระบี่ ภูเก็ต ระนอง พังงา และ ตรัง มีกิจการสนใจเข้าร่วมโครงการทั้งหมด 16 กิจการโดยแบ่งเป็น ภาคการค้า 10 กิจการ ภาคบรการ 6 กิจการ โดยทำการคัดเหลือเพียง 10 กิจการ ผู้ประกอบการที่ได้รับบริการ มีความพึงพอใจในกระบวนการให้บริการคิดเป็นร้อยละ 88 ของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม และประมาณการหลังจากได้รับบริการสามารถ ช่วยลดของเสีย มีมูลค่ารวม 600,000 บาท และช่วยลดต้นทุนมูลค่ารวม 145,000 บาท สามารถเพิ่มยอดขายรวมกว่า 13 ล้านบาท As the government has given the importance to the medium enterprise entrepreneurs and the small enterprise entrepreneurs of SMEs to be the targeting groups, it has promoted for them to bring the digital devices for adapting in the organizations with good management. In addition, it is because nowadays there are quite high level of competitions so that the entrepreneurs should adjust themselves to apply the digital devices for operating in the businesses with more activeness. With this case, in this project it has regulated for the measurements for the joined entrepreneurs with the cost reduction of the products or the services including of the production waste reduction or in the good storages with the sale increases. What’s more, it is required for the applying of digital devices as the movement, especially for the digital technology of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with the main device aiding the SME entrepreneurs for the business competition with participants. Therefore, the responsible area of the promotion industry center in region 10 of Surat Thani Province consisting of several nearby provinces; namely, Surat Thani province, Chumphon province, Nakhon Si Thammarat province, Phatthalung province, Krabi province, Phuket province, Ranong Province, Phangnga Province and Trang Province. What’s more, there were totals of sixteen businesses with dividing into ten trade enterprises and six service enterprises. Later, they were selected for only ten businesses, and the entrepreneurs had the satisfaction level to the service procedures with eighty-eight percentages as the estimation of post-service for the production waste reduction amounting for six hundred thousand baht with the value cost reduction amounting for one hundred and forty-five thousand baht and the sale increases amounting for thirteen million baht.
